Don’t hold your breath if you were hoping to see Kristen Stewart cast in the movie adaptation of Fifty Shades Of Grey, because the actress has been less than complimentary about the book in an interview.

Speaking to Backstage, Twilight star K-Stew basically described EL James‘ hugely successful erotic novel as “porn”.

She said: “I’ve skimmed parts of it… When I read the first few pages describing her messy hair, I was like, ‘This is so strange’.”

And she admitted that she feels uncomfortable when she sees people reading the sexually explicit book in public.

“It’s just so raunchy! I mean, obviously, everyone knows that,” she continued. “But when I see people reading it on planes and stuff, I’m genuinely creeped out. Like, you’re basically just reading porn right now! Get that blanket off your lap!”

K-Stew has previously been mooted for the lead female role in the movie adaptation of Fifty Shades, along with Mila Kunis, Ashley Benson and Lucy Hale – among others.
